So it's the last days of Jan 2018, and a good time to check it. January being a 5 weekend month, seems never ending, right? Not to mention most people are suffering from the seasonal PCCD. You know: Post Christmas Cash Disorder, so it makes it even more unbearable.
Many things can be tugging at you for attention, so I don't want to add another to the list. I'd rather give you some tips that will make your run into February a bit more enthusiastic, and powerful. My goal with these tips are to help you "be intense without being tense".
3 Simply Tips/Hacks That Will Aide Your Ability To Focus
1. Distill one of your goals into one word or a short statement, then write it on the bathroom mirror, or somewhere pronounced where you will see it every morning. This will definately help you to stay on track. Did you know that an airplane's autopilot is off course 99% of the time? The trick is that airline pilots are able to make constant course corrections along the way. This little hack is just one more way to trigger your daily course correction.
2. Think Like a Winner. It sounds so simple, but it is really profound the way that little focus can have such a large impact on your life. A winner thinks, "How am I going to win in this situation?" Where someone with a losing mindset thinks "see, that's why I am doomed to fail." Audit your thoughts, especially the ones that run through your mind often, and see if they are pulling up winning Google search results in the computer screen of your mind's eye, or if losing ones still keep popping in to your psyche. If you find yourself thinking losing thoughts, change them. It will be uncomfortable at first, but in a little while, you'll be thinking like a winner. Your thoughts are the seeds of future manifestations, so be deliberate in planting winning thoughts now, so you can reap winning results later. Think like a winner.
3. Be a conscious consumer. Some of you are already. I'm learning how to be more and more conscious in my buying habits. This affects what products I purchase, like clothing that is conscious of our environment for example. I like organic and real food. I like products that I put on my body that not only makes me smell and feel good, but are actually really good for me. Don't we all?? Well then, let's all make more an effort to be the conscious consumer.
Hopefully practicing these three tips can help you up-regulate your momentum and make this a year for the record books.
